The following is a list of suggested criteria for Realtors© interested in having an “Agent Listing” on this website.  These criteria are suggested only and will not be monitored.  While not all Realtors© will have all the criteria, (and many newer Realtors© deserve and will receive excellent reviews), the key to deciding if you should participate in this site are the first and last items:  “A standard of excellence and a commitment to the highest level of integrity and customer service“, and “Confidence that most or all of your clients would rate your Realtor© performance with 4 to 5 stars.”

	A standard of excellence and a commitment to the highest level of integrity and customer service.
	$4 million or higher sales production per year.
	One or more special designations, such as CRS, GRI, or ABR.
	5 years or more active in real estate sales.
	Have or have had a business coach.
	Work mostly by referral and repeat business
	Confidence that most or all of your clients would rate your Realtor© performance with 4 to 5 stars.
